  Write to us with the email address on the account. If you are inside the 14-day withdrawal period, see the Widerrufsrecht page for the exact conditions. If something plainly went wrong, we refund without argument.

• Delete your data

  Delete a single occasion from the occasion itself, or the whole account from Billing. Deletion is immediate and we confirm it by email. Retention periods are listed in the privacy policy.

  Tell us the occasion, the line, and what the practice actually is where you are. We check every report and change the underlying guidance when it holds up. This is how the grey-areas column grows.
